Updated Covid-19 Policy

• Mandatory Masks for ALL PATIENTS and anyone entering our clinic for ALL SERVICES including drug screening
• Temperature checks are required at Registration
• Due to limited clinic space....All Patients, please arrive to the clinic by yourself........all others will be asked to wait outside
• Patients under 18 years of age may be accompanied by a legal guardian
• Employer may accompany their injured employee

Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (no drug screens past 3:00)
Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm (no drug screens)
Sunday: Temporarily Closed

Elk Grove:
Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday: Temporarily Closed

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause....We must all do our part to follow CDC and Pandemic World Health Policies. Social Distancing, staying home and sheltering is extremely important during this crisis in order to save lives.

We look forward to the day we can say we are back to our regular business hours and that the USA is back to where we were before this pandemic virus/crisis.

We are all in new territory we have never been before but I do believe if we follow the guidelines and remain hopeful this too shall pass.....Hope has not been cancelled!
